Grapes comes from vineyards on the sloping coast of our estate with southwestern orientation. Maturation is checked before the harvest to reach its optimum point. The harvest is done manually in boxes of 10-15 kg. and after the first selection is scattered and a second selection is made by grain. Separate elaboration by varieties.

Winemaking Process
We use autochthonous grape varieties. Premaceration in cold for 24 hours. Long fermentation from 20 to 24 days with autochthonous yeast and manual pigeage. Aging of 6 months in French oak barrels (Q. Petrea) of 225 liters, fine grain and medium light toast.
    Clean and bright. Very intense ruby colour with cardenalic reflexes.
    Fresh and intense aromas. Notes of red berries and gooseberries. Some toasty aromas, malted balsamic background and liquorice.
    Vibrant, dynamic and silky with fruit notes. The aftertaste is long and intense.
Food Matching
It matches perfectly with fish and meat dishes (called’ mar y montaña’) and red meats.
